2. What we process

When you create a video we process your email address and the answers from the questionnaire (for example first name, age, wishes and your message). We use them only to create and deliver your video and to send you the link. When you visit the site, technically necessary server logs are processed.

3. How the script is written

The spoken text of the video is written automatically with an AI language model (Anthropic). Only your questionnaire answers are sent, never your email address.

4. Service providers

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Network and protection: Cloudflare. Payments: Stripe and PayPal. Email delivery: Postmark (ActiveCampaign). Where required we have data processing agreements in place.

5. Retention

We keep your answers as long as your video is available and delete them on request. Records needed for accounting are kept as long as the law requires.

6. Cookies

We only use one technically necessary session cookie. There is no advertising tracking.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority. Just write to [email protected].
