Frequently asked questions
How long is the Santa video?+
About two to three minutes, depending on how much you tell Santa. More details make the video longer and more personal.
Can I send the Santa video by text or WhatsApp?+
Yes. You get a personal link by email that you can share by text, WhatsApp or email. The video plays in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops, no app needed, and on your TV via screen sharing.
Does Santa actually speak?+
Yes, in a warm, real Santa voice that speaks every line just for your child, name included, with gentle music-box music in the background. Subtitles always run along, so little ones can follow, and it works just as well with the sound off.
Is it a real Santa or animated?+
The video is lovingly illustrated and animated, like a picture book. No creepy AI human, just a Santa that makes kids smile.
Can I change something afterwards?+
Yes. Up to three changes are included, such as a name, a wish or an achievement. Just send us an email, the link stays the same.
Can I make a Santa video for several children?+
Each video is for one child, so Santa can make it truly personal. For siblings just create a second video so every child gets their own message.
